Little Barsham (Sleeps 4)

Visit England Gold AwardVisit England 5 Star ratedLittle Barsham is the smallest of 5 historic farm buildings in North Barsham, restored by an architect and his wife and now a luxurious Norfolk country cottage for 4 people.

In the past Little Barsham was used for rearing lambs and sheltering sheep. Built from traditional Norfolk brick and flint it has a really intimate rural atmosphere, with exposed beams and contemporary design touches.

It’s a sunny cottage in summer or snug hideaway in winter and the perfect place for a break with friends or family.

The dining room / sitting room has views over the meadow to All Saints Church. It’s open to the kitchen so you can chat while cooking some locally bought produce. There’s also has a small courtyard garden to the south as well as a terrace and lawned garden.


Bedrooms (sleeps up to 4):

2 Double Bedrooms comprising of:

  • 5’ four poster bed in master bedroom
  • 5’ king size bed which can be made into 2 twins if required.


2 Bathrooms, 1 Separate WC. Both bedrooms are ensuite with bath and handheld shower, hand basin and WC.


Cooker, Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron. The galley kitchen is very well equipped and if open to the dining room/sitting room so you can chat while preparing meals.


Real Fire, Central Heating, Free Wireless Internet, House Linen. In summer you can open the doors to the courtyard, letting in the sun and enjoying the fantastic views. In winter the underfloor heating and woodburner keep the barn really cosy and warm


Seating for 4. The dining room and sitting room are open plan, with huge windows overlooking the garden and meadow beyond, giving a very spacious feel to this barn.


Terrestrial TV, Freeview, Radio, DVD, CD System, Table Tennis. Book a session for exclusive access to the spa pool . Also available are two games rooms, one with table tennis, one with table football.


Terrace, Garden, BBQ, Parking, Garden Furniture. There is a sunny courtyard garden with table and chairs and also a lawned area and terrace with table and chairs overlooking the church and meadow.

Friday start day for all 7 night bookings. Our weekend stays are for 3 nights from Friday which allows guests who are able to stay until Monday morning for a long weekend, or as late as you like on Sunday evening.   Mid-week stays available from Monday or Tuesday for 3 or 4 nights.
