The barns are situated in two great North Norfolk locations with access to some of the most popular attractions and beauty spots:
- North Barsham, near Walsingham:
Ideal for the North Norfolk Coast, including Burnham Market, Wells, Holkham, Blakeney and Morston plus the market towns of Fakenham and Holt.

- Haveringland, near Aylsham:
Perfectly situated for visits to either the North Norfolk coast or the Norfolk Broads as both are about half an hour’s drive, and the cathedral city of Norwich with excellent shopping and interesting medieval streets is nearby.

The barns may be rented from two days (LIttle Barsham only) to three days for a long weekend, for a mid-week short break or up to two weeks or more for your summer holiday. Please see our Rental Notes for information on minimum stays during peak periods.
Combine barns and you have the perfect venue for a family reunion, birthday celebration or just getting together with friends.
Let us know if you need outside catering - we can help you arrange someone to come in & cook a special meal for you. All you have to do is sit back & enjoy the peaceful views!
Please see each individual barn for more information using the menu on the left. For quick reference the rates for all the barns are shown below, but this is a guide only as you may rent for as many nights as you like, after the minimum of 3 nights, except Little Barsham which may be rented for 2 nights.
- Welcome hamper on arrival including milk, bread, cereal, wine, biscuits, fruit, cheese, butter and juice.
- Minimum rental during July/August is for 7 nights, Friday-Friday In Grey's Court, Little Barsham, The Great East Barn, Hall Barn & Quaker Barn. Saturday-Saturday in Long Meadow, High Barsham.
- Minimum Christmas rental is 7 nights.
- 5 days minimum at New Year and Easter.
- Short breaks available at all other times with min. 2 nights at Little Barsham only and 3 nights at all others.
- Mid-week, off season discounts. Please ask for details.
- Christmas/New Year barn will be fully decorated.
- Rental includes bedlinen, towels, toiletries.
- Logs and kindling provided.
- For two week lets, bedlinen and towels will be changed and a service clean provided
- Deposit of 30% payable on booking. Balance to be paid 8 weeks before start of let.
- Sorry no pets.
