The barns are situated in two great North Norfolk locations with access to some of the most popular attractions and beauty spots:
- North Barsham, near Walsingham:
Ideal for the North Norfolk Coast, including Burnham Market, Wells, Holkham, Blakeney and Morston plus the market towns of Fakenham and Holt.

- Haveringland, near Aylsham:
Perfectly situated for visits to either the North Norfolk coast or the Norfolk Broads as both are about half an hour’s drive, and the cathedral city of Norwich with excellent shopping and interesting medieval streets is nearby.

The barns may be rented for a minimum of three days for a long weekend with a Thurs/Friday start, or for a mid-week stay from Monday, or up to two weeks or more for your summer holiday. Weekly rentals must start on a Friday. Please see our Rental Notes for information on minimum stays during peak periods.
Combine barns and you have the perfect venue for a family reunion, birthday celebration or just getting together with friends.
Let us know if you need outside catering - we can help you arrange someone to come in & cook a special meal for you. All you have to do is sit back & enjoy the peaceful views!
Please see each individual barn for more information using the menu on the left. For quick reference the rates for all the barns are shown below, but this is a guide only as you may rent for as many nights as you like, after the minimum of 3 nights, except Little Barsham which may be rented for 2 nights.
- Welcome tea tray and flowers on arrival including tea, milk, sugar and local Norfolk biscuits or cake.
- Minimum rental during July/August is for 7 nights, all 7 night bookings Friday start day, from 2011.
- Minimum Christmas rental is 7 nights.
- 5 days minimum at New Year and Easter.
- Short breaks available at all other times with min. 3 nights.
- Mid-week, off season discounts. Please ask for details.
- Rental includes bedlinen and towels, but not beach towels.
- Logs and kindling provided.
- For two week lets, bedlinen and towels will be changed and a service clean provided
- Deposit of 30% payable on booking. Balance to be paid 8 weeks before start of let.
- Sorry no pets.
