High Barsham is one of five historic farm buildings in North Barsham, restored by an architect and his wife and now luxury Norfolk cottage accommodation for 12 people.

High Barsham was once a threshing barn and has been transformed into stylish and spacious living accommodation. Bronze lanterns and coloured glass illuminate the embroidered cushions and wooden antiques of the interior, combining contemporary detail with a cool and easy eastern influence.

There are tranquil views to the south and east, overlooking the picturesque Stiffkey River valley. Outside, the south-facing walled courtyard garden provides complete privacy, inviting visitors to unwind in this peaceful setting.

Bathrooms:

3 Bathrooms, 2 Showers, 1 Separate WC. Four of the bedrooms have either ensuite showerrooms or bathrooms. The two first floor bedrooms have access to a spiral staircase to the second floor where there is another bathroom.

Kitchen:

Cooker, Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron. The kitchen is brilliantly equipped for entertaining, open to the dining room so friends can chat while preparing meals. Great for families or adult groups wanting generous space for a dinner party.

General:

Real Fire, Central Heating, Free Wireless Internet, House Linen. In summer you can open the doors to the courtyard, letting in the sun and enjoying the fantastic views. In winter the underfloor heating and woodburner keep the barn really cosy and warm.

Dining:

Seating for 12. The dining room has a huge table and seating for twelve.

Entertainment:

Terrestrial TV, Freeview TV, DVD player, Radio, CD System, Table Tennis. Book a session for exclusive access the spa pool . Also available are two games rooms, one with table tennis, one with table football.

Outside:

Garden, BBQ, Parking, Garden Furniture. There is a fully enclosed courtyard garden which faces southwest with large terrace with table and seating for twelve with wonderful views across the meadows and the Stiffkey river valley.
