Grey’s Court is one of 5 historic farm buildings here at North Barsham, restored by an architect and his wife and now a luxury Norfolk cottage for 10 people.

Grey's Court is a very spacious single-storey brick and flint building, converted from the old stables into holiday accommodation. The generously proportioned main rooms have a cool Scandinavian mood, decorated in relaxing shades of blue and green for a calm and comfortable atmosphere. It’s the perfect place for a holiday with friends or family.

There’s a panelled sitting room with window seat and woodburning stove. It also has a huge panelled dining hall with open plan kitchen and antique dining table to seat ten.

You’ve got plenty of space outside too. On one side Grey’s Court has its own spacious enclosed garden, perfect for soaking up the sun, and on the other a large terrace and lawn.

And inside there’s access to shared games rooms, a spa and a steam room. This lovely Norfolk Cottage has views over the meadow to the little Victorian flint church across the valley.

4 Double Bedrooms, 1 Twin Bedroom comprising of:

• 5’ four poster in the old saddle room
• 5' four poster with window seat to courtyard
• 5’ king size bed with Swedish style headboards
• 5’ painted wooden bed
• Childrens’ bedroom (twin beds)

Bathrooms:

2 Bathrooms, 3 Showers, 1 Separate WC. All bedrooms are ensuite with either bath or shower, hand basin and WC.

Kitchen:

Cooker, Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron. The kitchen is brilliantly equipped for entertaining, open to the dining room so friends can chat while preparing meals. Great for families or adult groups wanting generous space for a dinner party.

General:

Real Fire, Central Heating, Free Wireless Internet. House Linen. In summer you can open the doors to the courtyard, letting in the sun and enjoying the fantastic views. In winter the underfloor heating and woodburner keep the barn really cosy and warm.

Dining:

Seating for 10. Pale blue tongue-and-grooved walls, Swedish grandfather clock, red gingham curtains and alcoves housing an eclectic collection of cream pottery combine to create a calm and elegant interior.

Entertainment:

Terrestrial TV, Freeview, DVD player, Radio, CD System, Table Tennis. Book a session for exclusive access to the spa pool . Also available are two games rooms, one with table tennis, one with table football.

Outside:

Terrace, Garden, BBQ, Parking, Garden Furniture. There is a sunny fully enclosed courtyard to the southwest and on the meadow side is a large lawn, terrace with table and seating for ten with wonderful views across to the church.
